Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and manage consumer and business deposit products including checking, savings, money market, and certificates of deposit
Lead the deposit product roadmap, driving balance growth, competitiveness, and customer experience improvements
Monitor deposit portfolio performance, pricing, fees, and profitability; recommend strategic adjustments to meet growth and margin targets
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, product gaps, and opportunities
Partner with marketing to support go‑to‑market strategies, promotions, and product positioning
Collaborate with digital banking teams to improve online and mobile account opening, onboarding, and servicing workflows
Work closely with branch operations, contact center, and back‑office teams to ensure effective product delivery and operational consistency
Ensure all products and disclosures meet regulatory requirements including Truth in Savings, Regulation D, Regulation E, and UDAAP
Prepare detailed reporting, analysis, and presentations for senior leadership on product performance and strategic initiatives
Support vendor evaluations and third‑party integrations impacting deposit account features and functionality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in retail banking, credit unions, or broader financial services
3+ years of direct experience managing or supporting deposit products
Strong understanding of deposit account structures, pricing strategy, and product profitability
Knowledge of regulatory requirements including Truth in Savings, Reg D, Reg E, and UDAAP
Proven analytical skills with experience interpreting product and portfolio performance data
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with digital, operations, compliance, marketing, and finance teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
Preferred
Experience in a credit union environment
Experience with digital account opening platforms or online banking systems
Familiarity with deposit portfolio analytics, segmentation, or risk monitoring
Experience managing relationships with third‑party vendors supporting deposit products
