Responsibilities
Participate in the emergency service on call rotation upon completing the initial training period
Process customer orders accurately through identified business system software
Maintain a courteous and professional manner when responding, on a timely basis, to customers, vendors and service providers
Research and calculate complete and accurate estimates on incoming repair jobs and provide formal quotes to customers
Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer service issues and order status
Record orders, track order flow and coordinate the repair process to ensure timely completion of jobs and customer satisfaction
Participate and complete continuous cross-training opportunities as outlined in the training matrix for continued development and growth
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of costs and margins which impact branch profitability
Qualification
Required
College coursework and/or 4+ years of relevant customer service or project coordination experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective listener with strong interpersonal and phone etiquette skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to learn, retain, and demonstrate product training knowledge
Ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license required
Sit or stand for extended periods of time
Must have or be able to obtain forklift certification
Occasional travel required
