General Sales Agent (Multiple Clients)
Living For Tomorrow partners with a diverse portfolio of companies to help them grow their customer base. They are seeking motivated sales agents to handle inbound and outbound sales activities for various client programs, engaging customers and offering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
Receive inbound inquiries to promote products and services on behalf of our clients
Listen actively to understand customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly
Deliver persuasive, solution‑oriented presentations that highlight benefits and address objections
Close sales, upsell or cross‑sell where appropriate and accurately process orders
Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes using client‑provided systems
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as conversion rate, average order value and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
0-1 year work experience
A Windows 11 desktop or laptop computer (fully patched)
Reliable high-speed wired internet connection
USB hard-wired headset and a quiet workspace
Comfortable using web-based CRM and phone systems
Preferred
Persuasive communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Confidence in handling objections and negotiating with a professional tone
Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and adapt to different campaigns
