Lead software implementations from start to finish
Ensuring each client's unique business processes are fully supported
From system setup and data conversion to post-go-live support
Configuring software to match client workflows
Providing robust data conversion services
Delivering onsite and web-based training
Creating helpful documentation and videos
Collaborate closely with clients to resolve technical issues
Using your implementation background to diagnose, replicate, and document complex problems
Become a go-to resource for ongoing support
Ensure performance is optimized and issues are resolved swiftly
Regularly use your implementation expertise to improve system performance and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Passionate about software and driven by the challenge of making software implementations seamless and successful
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Experience in leading software implementations from start to finish
Expertise in data conversion and application set-up
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Experience in configuring software to match client workflows

Experience in collaborating closely with clients to resolve technical issues
