Responsibilities
Provides advice and assistance to residential members regarding energy use, energy programs, and overall cooperative operations
Meet with members at their residence and present at public events throughout Warren RECC's territory
Be the initial point of contact for members interested in energy programs and who have advanced energy service questions
Work closely with the Manager of Member Services and the Energy Services Department
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in building science, electricity, engineering technology or related field is required. We will consider equivalent work experience
5 years of electric utility experience
Proficiency in verbal and written communication
Confidentiality
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience in mathematics and composition is preferred
