Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and engage potential clients
Build trusted partnerships by understanding client needs and positioning our solutions effectively
Consistently meet or exceed activity and sales milestone targets
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and strategy
Qualification
Required
3-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech or professional services
A self-starter who thrives in a 'hunter' role with a consultative, partnership-driven sales style
Comfortable with high-volume outreach, persistence, and executing with rhythm
Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong relationship-building skills
Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfortable leveraging sales tools
