Responsibilities
Design, implement, research, secure and support networking systems
Identify and mitigate risks inherent in IT systems
Monitor, improve, troubleshoot and perform capacity planning for systems
Support and troubleshoot complex user requests
Plan and manage projects. Create and maintain concise and thorough IT documentation
Qualification
Required
You have a bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience in an IT environment
You have 2+ years of related experience in a technical environment
You have knowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies
You have a desire for life-long learning to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies
You have experience teaching and mentoring IT interns and associates
You embrace dynamic, fast-paced environments, and adapt well to rapid change
You can participate in after hours on call rotation
You practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics
You have excellent customer service commitment
Preferred
Technical background and knowledge of manufacturing and/or engineering processes
Ability to meet Motor Vehicle Report Qualification Standards of SEL
Experience using programming languages and script writing
