Responsibilities
Develop the art direction for compelling campaigns that align with our brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to generate fresh, innovative ideas
Executing the graphic design, some photography, and some videography required for social campaigns, apparel, retail displays, and product packaging
Maintaining Brand Guide and continue to develop our brand guide
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to shape the visual direction of campaigns, developing compelling design strategies that deliver powerful messaging
Create detailed design guides for each campaign to lead the creative team toward a cohesive and impactful launch
Champion innovation by staying current with industry trends and design advancements, bringing fresh ideas and strategies to keep the brand dynamic and relevant
Assist with coordinating production days across multiple team members, models, hair and make-up artists, etc
Assist with all kinds of social content including, but not limited to, filming, concepting, and being in our TikTok content
Qualification
Required
Well-versed in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, etc)
Experience with a DSLR or Mirrorless camera (or have an eagerness to learn)
Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency
Highly organized, task-oriented, and a team player
Thrives in a fast-paced environment that adapts to changing priorities
Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Preferred
Degrees in creative advertising
Degrees in visual communication
Degrees in graphic design
