Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Product Leadership: Partner with Enterprise Architects and Business Owners to ensure the "Product Vision" for Industrial Systems is technically sound and cyber-secure
Outside-In Benchmarking: Bring a product-led perspective on how industry leaders are simplifying their industrial stacks to gain a competitive edge
Product Discovery & Ambiguity Synthesis: Ability to take vague business needs and a fragmented system landscape and synthesize them into a clear, prioritized product roadmap
Outcome-Based Roadmapping: Move beyond "project delivery" to define and track Value-Based Outcomes (e.g., reduction in system complexity, improved data interoperability across the ecosystem)
Data-Driven Portfolio Rationalization: Conduct deep-dives into the current landscape using data (cost-to-serve, usage metrics, and technical debt) to build a rigorous case for application decommissioning or consolidation
Executive Storytelling: Prepare data-rich presentations that simplify complex technical landscapes for leadership, driving alignment on vision, strategy, modernization, roadmap operational updates, organizational accomplishments and difficult rationalization decisions

Required

Bachelors Degree
Demonstrated experience applying product management principles (discovery, prioritization, and MVP thinking) to large-scale, complex technology portfolios
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to tell a story and justify strategic shifts
Deep experience across at least two major industrial domains (e.g., PLM and Manufacturing, or Supply Chain and Quality) to understand the 'connective tissue' of the ecosystem
Proven ability to create structure where none exists and lead through influence in a highly matrixed, global environment
A track record of successfully identifying and executing the decommissioning of legacy systems to fund modern growth
