SEO/Data Analytics/PPC
Watermark is seeking a highly organized and versatile Freelance or Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to provide essential support to their primary Digital Strategist. This role focuses on tactical execution and data analysis across key digital channels including CRM, SEO, PPC, and email marketing support.

Responsibilities
Review PPC data from HubSpot and other platforms as a single source of truth
Manage automations and workflows within CRM systems
Act as a secondary reviewer for ad accounts (primarily Google and Meta)
Perform ad running tests, edit ad copy, and manage keyword lists, including changing match types, adding new keywords, and adding negative keywords
Analyze search term reports and contribute to budget forecasting
Write ad and email copy as needed
Provide insights and actionable items from SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console data
Execute on-site and local SEO optimizations, including copy changes and meta description edits
Conduct website and marketing audits for sales prospects
Set up keyword tracking and site audit tools (e.g., Screamingfrog)
Generate marketing reports using Databox or Looker Studio
Communicate data-driven insights to non-technical audiences
Monitor KPIs for each client and ad accounts
Engage in monthly discussions with the Digital Strategist to review performance data and align on actionable items
Guide content marketing initiatives, including writing and publishing blog posts and planning and promoting on social media
Support email marketing initiatives
Advise on new Zapier connections and provide rationale for why a process should be automated
Conduct competitor and market analysis
Assist in creating audience segments and buyer personas based on behavior and analytics data
Qualification
Required
Prior work experience and/or internship in this field (3 years of experience in SEO/Data Analytics/PPC is a plus)
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
Strong understanding of CRM/HubSpot automations and workflows
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMRush and Google Search Console for data analysis
Hands-on experience with Google and Meta ad accounts
Comfortable analyzing PPC data from platforms like HubSpot
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Experience with content creation and social media management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Google Workspace Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console
Asana or similar project management software
HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platform
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screamingfrog for SEO
LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Databox, Looker Studio, or similar data source integration tools
Zapier or other automation tools
Preferred
Conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager experience (for setting up new conversion actions)
Knowledge of marketing automation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
