Associate Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and coordinate SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-1, S-8, and proxy statements, in compliance with SEC rules and U.S. GAAP
Support technical accounting research, memo preparation, and implementation of new accounting standards under direction from senior leadership
Maintain and update accounting policies, procedures, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, FP&A, and Stock Administration to collect required data for disclosures
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors by providing support schedules, documentation, and responses during audits and reviews
Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities, including control documentation, testing coordination, and remediation tracking
Prepare and review external reporting components tied to the close process, including cash flow statements, equity, and share based compensation
Assist with process improvements related to financial reporting, close timelines, and documentation quality
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of disclosures across filings and supporting materials

Required

7 to 10 years of relevant experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, or public accounting
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Active CPA required
