FIELD MARKETING SPECIALIST
Canteen North America is a leading provider of food and beverage services, seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support its dynamic portfolio across multiple states. The role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement at dining locations, collaborating with culinary teams, and ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities
Support on-site dining operations by planning and executing localized marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue
Collaborate closely with culinary teams, operations managers, and unit leaders to promote menus, seasonal offerings, and special events
Develop and deploy marketing materials including signage, digital displays, promotions, and point-of-sale collateral aligned with brand standards
Coordinate and support promotional events such as tastings, grand openings, themed meals, and wellness or sustainability campaigns
Gather insights from the field to inform marketing strategies, including guest feedback, sales trends, and competitive observations
Ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy across all dining locations within the assigned territory
Partner with corporate marketing and operations teams to execute national or regional campaigns at the unit level
Track campaign performance and provide post-event recaps, including recommendations for improvement
Manage timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
Serve as a marketing liaison for dining operations, ensuring alignment between operational goals and marketing efforts
Qualification
Required
Minimum BA or BS degree in relevant field (Marketing / Communications preferred)
3+ years experience working with a marketing firm or in a marketing capacity within the retail industry or food & beverage / restaurant environment
A demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress
Organized, detail-oriented and process-oriented. Your attuned to details and to the guest / client experience, via your marketing lens
Must have excellent interpersonal skills including public speaking and interacting with clients
Strong writing skills, including proper grammar and spelling
