Responsibilities

Identify and engage growth-oriented cybersecurity and technology companies seeking to elevate market visibility and credibility
Drive outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
Lead discovery conversations with CEOs, CMOs, founders, and marketing leaders
Position PR, analyst relations, content, and social media as integrated, outcome-driven solutions
Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, scopes of work, and RFPs
Represent LaunchTech at key industry events and conferences

Qualification

Required

7+ years in business development or new business roles
Strong preference for PR or communications agency experience
Comfortable selling services, retainers, and custom scopes (not just products)
Confident engaging senior executives and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
Organized, self-directed, and motivated by building long-term client relationships

Preferred

Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
Familiarity with analyst relations or media strategy
Existing network of CMOs, founders, or marketing leaders
Experience in fast-growing or acquisitive environments
