Facility Maintenance Reporting
Beverage Stocking
Coordinate office maintenance, vendors & service providers
Front Desk Backup as needed
Event/ Meeting Planning & Coordination
Ensure Common Areas are clean, organized and stocked
Storage Management
Support Onboarding/offboarding logistics (badges, supplies, workplace set-up)
Support office moves, seating changes and space planning
Qualification
Required
1-3 years experience in office administration, coordination or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Team player and willing to help when needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Preferred
Experience coordinating vendors or facilities
Comfort working with multiple priorities
