Field Service Technician
GPAC is an established and growing company in the material handling and industrial equipment industry, seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join its team. This customer-facing role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of equipment at customer sites, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and technical expertise.

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on industrial equipment such as forklifts, lift trucks, and other material handling machinery
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and manuals
Interact with customers to provide service updates and recommendations in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records of all service work, parts used, and time spent
Maintain a company vehicle, tools, and inventory
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards at all times
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in field service, equipment repair, or a related mechanical role
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Technical degree or certification preferred, but not required
