Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive deployment of AI tools across Entertainment Legal teams
Design and execute tailored training programs for legal professionals
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with attorneys, engineers, and technology partners
Analyze AI tool performance and identify opportunities for process optimization
Develop technical documentation and user guides to support AI solution adoption
Qualification
Required
2+ years of technical product or program management experience
2+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
Experience with AI/ML technologies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
Experience in legal and regulatory environment of internet, software, and media industries
Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
Familiarity with legal, contracting, or procurement workflows
