Associate Director, Internal Advisor Consultant - Enterprise

The Associate Director, Internal Advisor Consultant - Enterprise is responsible for providing service to financial advisors and supporting Enterprise Consultants in the development of new business and maintenance of existing relationships.

Responsibilities
Grows sales and activity within assigned territory by contacting financial advisors and RIA home offices regularly and managing the sales process
Supports Enterprise Consultants in developing new business and servicing existing relationships. Follows up with financial consultants who establish new business and continually educates them on current products and upcoming new products
Ensure Enterprise Platform home office intelligence is shared broadly across the platform in a timely manner. Partner with the Independent Platforms team and the broader field sales team to grow Enterprise Platform business
Maintain and record all activities into within CRM, Salesforce
Utilize data and technology to identify specific markets, firms and financial advisors to increase penetration and overall market share
Ability to converse knowledgeably with financial advisors and other key personnel about investment solutions and current economic and market conditions
Provides superior service and support to financial advisors by responding to requests and resolving account issues
Respond to telephone inquiries on performance and position of funds and managed accounts
Cultivates and maintains relationships with select group of advisors. Builds relationships with these advisors who are often located in areas of the country that are less traveled to by the Enterprise Consultants
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual territory sales goals and ranking in top quartile of annual territory sales rankings
Proven track record of developing deep relationships with clients and Enterprise RIA Advisors to raise assets
Experience selling or marketing investment products required
5-7 years of similar experience
Consistently exceeds the goal set for quality contacts
Shows consistent sales leadership in new products as they are launched and maintains a diversified business mix
Mastery of investment products and research
Proficiency in aligning investment solutions with partner firm's research
Bachelor's degree
Series 7 or Series 6 license required
Experience within Financial Services and interest in investing

Is able to abide by the firm's hybrid work arrangement policy in New York City office (4 days in-office/1 day remote)

Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client support, generally via telephone
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to plan and take initiative

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, financial advisors, and clients in writing and speaking
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships easily
Detail oriented, meets deadlines and executes responsibilities with minimal errors
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Treats others with respect and consideration
Must be able and willing to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Series 63 preferred (if not, obtain within three months)
MBA and pursuit of CFA a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce, data and analytics a plus
