Responsibilities
Lead and manage BIM and digital delivery across a major infrastructure program from design through construction
Develop and implement program-wide digital delivery and information management strategies, ensuring alignment with program systems and long-term operational needs
Champion the use of data-driven workflows, automation, AI, and digital twin technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and insight
Oversee and coordinate consultant and contractor BIM compliance, ensuring deliverables meet program standards and contractual requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital delivery and BIM-related matters across the program
Support procurement by assessing digital delivery capability of bidders and tenderers
Manage and maintain federated models to support coordination, technical reviews, and data utilization
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital delivery team in support of the Program Management Office (PMO)
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coordination of training across BIM, digital engineering, and design automation disciplines
Support configuration and adoption of digital collaboration platforms and construction management systems
Integrate BIM and digital delivery with GIS, project controls, and other program management systems to enable consistent, high-quality information and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
10+ years of progressive experience in BIM management and digital delivery
Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in water, transportation, or heavy civil sectors
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands-on when required
Proficiency with Autodesk and Bentley design and delivery platforms
Preferred
Experience supporting construction and handover phases
Industry accreditations (e.g., buildingSMART, AGC, GIBB/GIBA, or similar)
