Responsibilities

Responsible for execution of project tasks outlined by the mentor
Directly assist the Vendor Relations Manager in reviewing, documenting, and enhancing contact center performance management procedures
Support the development of a comprehensive catalog of contact center performance management procedures
Observe and document real-life execution of vendor performance processes, including communication with and management of vendor personnel
Assist in analyzing vendor and contact center performance data to ensure procedures are accurate and effective
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities within existing procedures
Utilize Power BI to review and support performance reporting and documentation efforts
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procedures align with operational and performance goals
Assist in documenting findings, recommendations, and finalized performance management procedures

Required

Available to work 40 hours per week (hybrid) for the 10-week summer program: June 2nd – August 6th, 2026
Strong formal writing skills with the ability to clearly document processes and procedures
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to learn new systems and understand operational processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred

Currently enrolled in and working toward an undergraduate degree (preferred focus on business, operations, analytics, or a related field)
Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
