Responsibilities
Own and drive the overall program schedule for the RISE across multiple engineering teams
Lead execution of complex, cross-team initiatives, proactively identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
Facilitate engineering team stand-ups to ensure alignment, focus, and forward momentum
Lead Scrum of Scrums to coordinate work across teams and surface issues early
Serve as the point person for cross-team sprint reviews, ensuring visibility, accountability, and follow-through
Establish and reinforce clear ownership across teams and initiatives
Manage the program through Jira Plan
Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Business stakeholders
Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership
Create and maintain program reports, dashboards, and executive-ready views of delivery health
Qualification
Required
MUST be a current local resident with the ability to be in the Bellevue office 3 days a week
4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role
Proven success driving cross-team software delivery
Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Technical fluency to translate product and business requirements into clear technical stories
Ability to credibly engage in technical discussions with engineering teams
Comfortable using Jira, including advanced planning features (Jira Plans)
Ability to perform simple scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar) to generate reports and dashboards
Strong understanding of software development and delivery practices
Strong self-starter with a bias toward action and delivery
Comfortable engaging in healthy conflict and holding teams accountable
Direct, clear, and confident communicator
Resilient under pressure and comfortable with difficult conversations
Preferred
Platform, infrastructure, or large-scale product experience is a plus
