Responsibilities
Lead project setup, execution, and close-out with precision and accountability
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance to ensure cost-effectiveness
Manage construction phases from site mobilization to final delivery
Identify and mitigate risks throughout all stages of construction
Directly supervise and mentor project team members
Assign responsibilities, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
Support team development through training, recognition, and conflict resolution
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
Represent the company as a client sponsor, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
Experience: 2–4+ years as a Project Manager in multi-family housing, commercial, or K–12 construction projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
Experience with Procore or ability to quickly become proficient in its full suite of tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret technical documents, contracts, and construction plans
