Responsibilities

High-Volume Classification: Assign maturity ratings and content advisories for 100-200 titles per month, utilizing existing editorial metadata and board ratings
Global Application: Apply internal ratings to specific country "clusters" where services are not regulated, ensuring cultural sensitivity and accuracy
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Policy Strategists and Leads to audit ratings, support escalations, and provide clear rationale for decisions
Tool Management: Simultaneously manage multiple internal proprietary tools and data trackers (e.g., Airtable, Google Sheets) to maintain a seamless workflow

Required

5+ years in Content Classification, Content Moderation, Content Strategy, or Standards & Practices

Experience at major streaming platforms, studios (e.g., Disney, Paramount, Amazon), or specialized agencies (e.g., Spherex) is a significant plus
Proficiency in additional languages is a major asset reflecting cultural knowledge
