Manage project scope, risks, and quality to deliver successful outcomes across complex initiatives
Coordinate program resources to optimize utilization and support multi‑project environments
Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, tools, and delivery frameworks

Required

13+ years of experience leading complex technology or business projects
Strong understanding of software development processes and IT systems
Expertise in Cards & Payments and/or Asset & Wealth Management domains
Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum)
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple large‑scale initiatives simultaneously

Preferred

Experience articulating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and vice versa
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners
Background in IT service management and integration of project initiatives
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements within project environments
Familiarity with large‑scale transformation or modernization programs
