Responsibilities
Designs enterprise architecture (EA) to enable strategic or tactical transformations through informed decision-making at any level of an enterprise to support governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives, such as cloud, digital solutions
Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts
Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions
Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies
Qualification
Required
Experience with big data technologies, including development of large-scale data processing pipelines
Experience with modern technologies, including Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and open platforms
Experience working on real-time data and streaming applications Knowledge of Data Lakehouse architecture
Ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience with large multi-team development projects, including architecture solutioning, staffing and timeline management, solution alternative recommendations, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery and risk, or 14+ years of experience with large multi-team development projects, including architecture solutioning, staffing and timeline management, solution alternative recommendations, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery and risk in lieu of a degree
Preferred
Experience designing and developing ETL workflows using tools such as Apache Spark or AWS Glue
Experience with different data storage technologies and databases, including Amazon S3 or Amazon Redshift
Experience supporting the IC- and national-level system security initiatives
Experience developing machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions
Possession of excellent written and verbal communications skills
