Responsibilities
Travel between company locations as needed
Verify employees are following playbook procedures
Audit sales and record keeping + Cash management
Audit inventory across locations
Maintain consistency across locations
Ensure buying procedures are followed correctly
Enforce store guidelines and compliance standards
Support staff with system-based purchasing processes
Support hiring and onboarding of front-line staff
Assist with scheduling and coverage needs
Help maintain stable staffing across locations
Provide daily operational updates to ownership
Report issues clearly and consistently
Track performance metrics and operational status
Qualification
Required
Retail operations or multi-unit operations experience
Team supervision experience
Basic knowledge of consumer electronics (or willingness to learn)
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Comfort working within structured systems and procedures
Ability to travel between locations (car required)
Schedule flexibility
