Healthcare Growth & Operations Lead (B2B/B2C) Part-Time (1099)
MUUD Health is seeking a Healthcare Growth & Operations Lead to manage both marketing and operational functions. The role involves building B2B and B2C pipelines, overseeing client operations, and leading a team to enhance efficiency and accountability.

Responsibilities
Growth & revenue ops: Build/maintain B2B + B2C pipeline; manage outreach cadence; keep CRM clean; drive discovery → proposal → close
B2B partnerships: Target CA outpatient clinics, therapy programs, and SUD/addiction programs needing prescriber coverage; coordinate proposals and kickoff
B2C conversion: Manage referrals and consult-to-membership flow; tighten follow-ups and conversion reporting
Client/patient operations: Own onboarding workflows, scheduling reliability, and support processes to reduce clinician admin burden
Team leadership: Supervise, run weekly execution cadence; ship SOPs and measurable deliverables
Provider hiring/onboarding: Coordinate screening logistics, onboarding checklists, and training documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years in healthcare ops, clinic/program management, care coordination, or growth operations
Supervisor/lead experience (accountability + coaching)
Strong writing, organization, and HIPAA-aware judgment (no PHI in outreach)
Comfort moving fast with multiple workstreams and measurable targets
Preferred
Master's-level training (MPH, MSW, MHA, MBA, or similar)
Behavioral health / integrated care experience (psychiatry/therapy programs, IOP/PHP, primary care integration)
CRM + outbound motion experience (LinkedIn + email cadence + tracking)
Benefits
B2C referral bonuses: $25 per referred client completing an initial consultation; one-time membership bonuses: $25 monthly / $50 biweekly / $100 weekly.
Quarterly performance bonus eligibility: up to one–two weeks of pay based on performance.
B2B flat close bounties (by partnership tier; paid after first invoice is paid): Small (≥$25k/mo) $500 • Mid (≥$50k/mo) $1,000 • Large (≥$100k/mo) $2,000.
