Quality Assurance - Intern
Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company that provides aftermarket parts and repairs for aircraft engines and gas turbines. The Quality Engineering Intern will assist in determining production standards for aerospace components and work with quality control systems to enhance product quality.

Responsibilities
Working with the Quality, Engineering and Operations staff
Determining quality improvement factors of each product and process
Evaluate methods to inspect, test and evaluate aspects of manufacturing processes, products and equipment
Review to make sure processes adhere to quality standards
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
Work in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products or software
Perform product audits to ensure process is able to produce conforming hardware
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or related degree
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Regularly: Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
Frequently: Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and reach with hands and arms
Use hands to type, handle, or feel
Close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment
Initial hearing and vision exams must be successfully passed
