Responsibilities
Lead the design process for mid-to-large scale features, from initial discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and hand-off
Translate complicated logistics workflows (like LTL/FTL optimization and API-based carrier integrations) into clear, actionable interfaces
Collaborate with our Product Managers to conduct interviews and usability testing with shippers and carriers to validate assumptions and uncover pain points in the shipping lifecycle
Lead the planning and execution of both moderated and unmoderated usability studies to validate design hypotheses and uncover pain points in the shipping lifecycle; synthesize these findings into actionable insights that inform product requirements and design iterations
Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate the design process, utilizing AI for rapid wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, and the generation of diverse design variations to shorten the feedback loop from discovery to prototyping
Work within and contribute to our platform design system, ensuring consistency across our web and mobile applications
Partner closely with Product Managers to define requirements and work with Engineers to ensure your designs are implemented with high polish and technical feasibility
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of professional experience in Product Design (UI/UX), ideally within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise platforms
You have a knack for making large amounts of data (shipping rates, transit times, lane analytics) easy to digest at a glance
You understand the constraints of the web (HTML/CSS/React) and how data flows through APIs, allowing you to design realistic solutions
Mastery of Figma (including auto-layout, components, and prototyping) and familiarity with research tools like Maze
A strong portfolio showcasing your process, from messy sketches and logic flows to polished, shipping-ready interfaces
Preferred
Experience designing for Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation
Familiarity with Accessibility (WCAG) standards in an enterprise setting
A background in motion design or micro-interactions to improve user feedback loops
