Purchasing and InPart-Time Accounts Payable Specialist (SAP Experience Required)ventory Manager
Hoffman California Fabrics is a leading textile manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for quality, creativity, and craftsmanship. We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities
Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely in SAP
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable
Support the accounting team with additional administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Accounts Payable required
Hands-on SAP experience is required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Solid organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus
