Responsibilities
Deliver white-glove service to our customers- every interaction counts
Update and maintain lessee information with accuracy and discretion
Answer phone calls and emails from clients. Resolve issues with professionalism and confidence
Assist with managing vehicle insurance details, including pending cancellations and follow-ups with agencies
Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate across departments
Support daily Account Services operations, including registrations, fines, payoffs, and ACH setup
Qualification
Required

The ability to move fast without missing the details
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service experience a plus
