Responsibilities
Design and maintain Kanban replenishment systems and supporting data
Optimize Kanban sizing based on demand, lead time, and usage trends
Implement work cell pull procedures using methods such as Dual Card, Single Card, and Re-Order Point systems
Train material handlers and production staff on Kanban principles
Coordinate with suppliers and buyers on Kanban release processes
Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in a Kanban or pull-based manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of inventory management, MRP, and backflush control
Experience designing and implementing Kanban systems
Proficiency with data analytics tools and ERP/MRP systems
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Supply chain certification (ASCM, CSCMP, or ISM) preferred
