Responsibilities
Acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers
Building trust with senior stakeholders across marketing, brand, and operations
Travelling to meet customers in person and strengthening relationships
Ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realization
Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Supporting renewals and commercial discussions
Feeding customer insight back into product and leadership
Help define best practices for US account management
Mentor future account managers as the team grows
Work closely with leadership on the US strategy
Progress toward a Head of Sales / Commercial Lead role as the team scales
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in enterprise account management or complex B2B environments
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders
Experience with expansion, renewals, or upsells in existing accounts
Comfortable travelling and being customer-facing
Commercially minded without being transactional
Based in the United States
