Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years relevant experience
Experience in service or healthcare related industry
Strong relationship building skills
Superior communication and interpersonal skills/ the ability to create and execute a VoC communication plan as part of broader CX Strategy
Knowledge of VoC tools and technologies
Data driven; is comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data
Ability to tell a story through data

Preferred

Master's Degree
Customer journey mapping skills/expertise
Qualification in and/or significant experience using human centered design or market research methodologies
