Responsibilities
Supervise all field activities on assigned electrical construction projects
Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure safe and efficient execution
Interpret blueprints and specifications, ensuring installations meet design and code requirements
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and foremen to meet project goals, schedules, and budgets
Conduct regular safety and quality inspections, addressing issues promptly
Track manpower, materials, and progress reporting for management
Mentor field staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in electrical construction with at least 2+ in a field leadership or superintendent role
Proven experience managing crews on commercial, healthcare, warehouse, or multifamily projects
Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and reading electrical drawings
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Procore or similar project management tools preferred
Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus
