Responsibilities
Assist in planning, tracking, and managing web project timelines and deliverables
Review intake tickets to ensure correct information is provided to properly execute web requests
Coordinate and oversee web translation and localization projects across multiple languages and regions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external translation vendors to clearly scope, schedule, and deliver localization tasks on time
Support the Senior Project Manager by managing web ticketing processes, tracking tasks, and proactively communicating project risks or delays
Perform quality assurance reviews on web pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
Document processes, maintain best practices, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, website management, localization, or similar web/digital roles
Experience managing multilingual websites and/or coordinating content translation projects
Familiarity with CMS platforms (such as AEM, WordPress, or similar)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar)
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly as needed
Preferred
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience coordinating website localization or translation projects
Awareness of digital marketing fundamentals
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams
