Responsibilities

Quality Assurance department support, including documentation, investigations, complaints, and batch record review teams
Some duties to include data and records input, fact-checking of production investigations, filing, and consolidation of electronic documentation
Provide support to Regulatory Compliance, including customer due diligence documentation, internal audits, inspection management, supplier qualification documentation, and risk management plan team
Duties may include documentation review, fact-checking supplier/customer documentation, and drafting reports
Other activities as assigned

Required

This internship will work 1st shift hours
Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality
Completed one year of college course work toward a degree in a related major and/or other related coursework
Must be an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in good academic standing
Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework
Strong communication skills, taking initiative, detail oriented, and good teammate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Business & Technical Knowledge)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Highly motivated and inquisitive with a strong desire to learn
Organization skills to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to details
Planning and Organizational skills
Proficient usage of Microsoft Office applications
A positive, self-starting, can-do attitude, and a willingness to jump in to support the team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate in a clear and persuasive manner, and attention to detail
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, no sponsorship offered at this time
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
Must be willing to take a drug test
Must be 18 years of age or older
