Responsibilities
Coordinating written materials for conferences, events, and business development initiatives
Creating, publishing, and keeping digital content fresh across blogs, social media, and our website
Managing content for the company intranet to keep internal teams engaged
Supporting internal marketing and communication projects that align employees with company goals
Analyzing trends, marketing strategies, and performance metrics—and presenting insights that influence leadership decisions
Maintaining CRM systems, leveraging data to identify marketing opportunities, and recommending strategies to maximize impact
Implementing tracking tools and performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 1 year of related marketing experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Canva
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent proofreading
Creativity and attention to detail in graphics, messaging, and content
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Comfort working across departments and handling confidential information with discretion
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
