Client Support - Associate
EPITEC is seeking a Client Support Associate to provide technical support at US Foods’ Bensenville office. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, onboarding new hires, and managing support interactions both onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary onsite IT contact
Onboard new hires and issue laptops/devices
Install, configure, and update workstation software
Troubleshoot printers, laptops, desktops, and networking issues
Manage 10–60+ support interactions per day
Support remote employees via chat
Complete structured 3–4 week training
Represent IT professionally with a friendly, approachable attitude
Work occasional weekends or overtime as requested
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of IT support or related experience
1–3 years of customer service experience
Strong Windows OS knowledge
Hardware troubleshooting experience (laptops, desktops, printers)
Understanding of basic networking concepts
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Team-oriented and adaptable
Preferred
VPN troubleshooting experience
Strong MS Office proficiency
Experience supporting printers, desktops, and notebooks
IT degrees or certifications preferred but not required
