Support attorneys handling complex business and commercial litigation
Draft, proofread, and format litigation documents
Handle state and federal court filings
Track deadlines and manage calendars
Coordinate litigation logistics and communications
Assist with trial, mediation, and arbitration preparation
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience supporting attorneys in civil / commercial litigation
Drafting and formatting pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
State and federal e-filing without reliance on a full-service filing vendor
Managing attorney calendars and litigation deadlines
Coordinating with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
Supporting multiple attorneys with different working styles
Preparing materials for mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Business or commercial litigation experience
Strong attention to detail and deadline management
Preferred
Bankruptcy litigation experience
