Responsibilities
Working with a team of engineers in planning and executing subsystem and system integration and testing
Support the IT&E Lead as required in coordinating with various IPTs to ensure successful integration and testing
Supporting program reviews, including design assurance reviews and test readiness reviews
Providing technical expertise and guidance to the team
Communicating technical status and issues to program leadership, technical leadership, and functional leadership, as well as externally to the customer
Travel to White Sands Missile Range, NM (missile assembly and test) and Woomera Range Complex, Australia (2 flight tests), for 4-6 weeks required during the first two years of the program (approximately 10-15%)

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Interim Secret Clearance required to start
Experience in planning, coordinating, conducting, and reporting on subsystem and system level testing
Ability to communicate technical status and issues internally and externally
Comfortable coordinating with various cross-functional organizations, groups, and facilities
Willingness to travel to Lockheed Martin production facilities, supplier's facilities, and customer facilities
Ability to travel to White Sands Missile Range, NM and Woomera Range Complex, Australia for 4-6 weeks during the first two years of the program
Preferred
5+ years professional experience
Ability to coordinate comfortably with multiple disciplines to fabricate, integrate, and test flight hardware
Ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency
Deliver effective customer presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details
Demonstrate awareness of test equipment management including function, calibration
Experience in Cost Account Management (CAM) and security requirement leading a team of diverse engineers
