Responsibilities
Conduct basic interpretations of sketches, drawings, codes, building program and other similar material
Support project team in development of design documentation
Assist in the development of a design through sketches, 3D models diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats
Utilize BIM technologies in development of 3D models of buildings and their components
Assist in research of concept, benchmarks, materials, typology, and precedents
Qualification
Required
Architectural student attending college or university for architecture
Working toward bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field
In their third or fourth year of a bachelor's program or in a master's program with previous work experience
Basic understanding of how to use technology as a design tool
Ability to develop sketches and communicate visual concepts and ideas to others effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, building program and other similar material
Understanding of 3D modeling software including, but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Rhino, SketchUp
Preferred
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
