Senior LevelBuilder Finance Inc. is a growing lender to rental home investment and home building companies. The Senior Loan Officer will focus on DSCR originations, working with various stakeholders and providing support as they ramp up their originations.

Work with investors, brokers, property managers, realtors, and other sources
Thrive despite competition
Meet minimum origination targets
Avoid meaningful client or loan buyer issues
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our CRM (Hubspot)
Qualification
Required
A strong background in DSCR originations is required
If you currently originate $60+ million per year, we can speak about dedicated, flexible balance sheet to help you originate loans that you can't easily do today
We will also consider top-tier, non-QM originators with some experience in DSCR originations
