Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project/program/product planning for CDx development and product care, including timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and communications
Develop, maintain, and drive integrated project plans with dependencies, capacity, and financial controls
Ensure high-quality project execution through robust planning, risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario modeling
Lead and execute project management governance activities (milestone reviews, capacity reviews, QCRs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Select and apply appropriate project methodologies, including Agile and hybrid Agile models; coach teams on best practices
Define, track, and report KPIs, OKRs, OBPs, and standard metrics to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes
Act as a trusted advisor providing a holistic, 360°ree view of project health, risks, and value delivery
Serve as the single point of control for consolidated project and program data across functions
Lead project team meetings and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and sub-chapters
Identify risks, gaps, bottlenecks, and delays; proactively propose mitigation strategies and recovery plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Life Sciences field
4 years of experience in project management / engineering/ business in the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry leading product development and product care projects
At least one year of experience in the following areas: clinical biomarker or In Vitro Diagnostic development, companion diagnostic development, analytical and clinical validations, regulatory submissions, instrument/systems development, or program management
