Video Services Project Manager & Team Lead

Responsibilities
Lead weekly coordination meetings with team members, government personnel, and stakeholders
Review work, provide guidance, and help troubleshoot complex technical or workflow issues
Plan and coordinate AV, video teleconferencing (VTC), collaboration, and video production work supporting classrooms, conference spaces, live events, and administrative areas
Manage projects end to end, including scope, schedules, resource planning, and coordination of installs and upgrades
Oversee system deployments and refreshes, including displays, audio systems, cameras, control, and conferencing platforms
Provide technical oversight for VTC systems using platforms and protocols such as SIP, H.323, and Microsoft Teams, including Poly, Crestron, and Cisco room systems
Ensure systems are properly integrated with networks, including coordination with relevant groups on VLANs, bandwidth, QoS, and security constraints
Monitor ServiceNow tickets and drive coordination and closure across the team and stakeholders
Serve as the escalation point for issues that require deeper technical understanding or cross-team coordination
Maintain awareness of signal pathways and system architecture, including audio, video, control, and network signal flow
Oversee video production efforts, including reviewing materials, coordinating resources, and managing timelines
Support live and hybrid events by coordinating and administrating in-room AV and VTC systems
Monitor and administer Microsoft Teams sessions during live events to ensure connectivity, AV quality, and participant management
Schedule and manage subcontractors for additional technical, event, or production support when needed
Coordinate vendors and integrators for installs, upgrades, VTC deployments, and production support
Provide direct assistance as needed with system installs, rack work, endpoint configuration, testing, or troubleshooting
Support testing, commissioning, and turnover of AV and VTC systems to ensure reliability and usability
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience delivering and supporting AV/IT systems in enterprise environments, including time spent functioning as a technical lead or primary escalation point
Strong working knowledge of commercial AV systems and infrastructure, including displays, control, signal distribution, and system integration, with the ability to troubleshoot these systems
Prior experience in environments where coordinating daily technical work, reviewing designs and documentation, and supporting installations or refresh projects were part of the role
Experience working alongside IT, facilities, vendors, and stakeholders in cross-functional settings with shared ownership of outcomes
Mature analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
Candidates must be able to regularly travel to Fort Belvoir, VA for onsite work responsibilities and flexible for travel to customer regional locations across the United States
Preferred
CTS and/or PMP certification preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating technical capability, accountability, and the ability to see projects through to completion
