Responsibilities
Design and own trading products for tokenised real-world assets and traditional financial products on OKX, spanning spot, derivatives, and hybrid crypto-TradFi structures. This includes order management, margining, risk controls, settlement flows, and related platform modules
Assume accountability for local product roadmaps, resource prioritisation, release cadence, testing, and beta programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of complex, regulated products
Identify market opportunities through deep analysis of customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments. Pursue differentiated, forward-thinking products and features at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance
Provide deep domain expertise in RWA tokenisation and TradFi products, partnering with global product and business leaders to shape and execute initiatives including tokenised equities, funds, fixed income, and other regulated financial instruments
Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external regulators to design compliant product structures. Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product and technical specifications while preserving strong user experience and commercial outcomes
Oversee the full product lifecycle, guiding products from ideation and design through launch, optimisation, and scaling, ensuring alignment with market demand, regulatory standards, and client feedback
Partner with global product teams and cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Trading, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to develop and deliver both global and localized product initiatives
Drive product discussions with key stakeholders, represent products to business partners and executive leadership, and ensure product strategy and progress are clearly communicated and well understood
Work closely with Engineering and Design to assess technical feasibility, design quality, and delivery trade-offs. Maintain a strong eye for user experience, workflow optimisation, and intuitive design, particularly for trading and institutional users
Define, track, and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and adoption. Use data to prioritise features, optimise workflows and UX, and continuously improve outcomes against business and customer objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, trading, or financial technology, with a strong focus on capital markets, derivatives, digital assets, or regulated financial products
Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling products for users in the United States and/or Europe, including navigating local regulatory, operational, and go-to-market requirements
Strong trading background with deep understanding of spot/equities, derivatives, margin trading, market structure, and risk management
Strong interest and/or proven experience in tokenisation projects, digital securities, or real-world asset (RWA) products
Experience working with US and/or EU regulators and regulatory frameworks is essential
Hands-on experience with any of the following is a strong plus: SEC, CFTC, and/or MiFID II, including compliance-driven product design or regulatory engagement
Strong analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate engineering, design, and scheduling trade-offs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans for Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams
Data-driven, user-experience focused, highly customer-empathetic, and comfortable rolling up sleeves to get the job done, with a strong compliance and risk lens
