Required

Bachelor's degree in health sciences, information technology, computer science, or related area; and/or equivalent combination of experience/training
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of clinical practices and principles
Demonstrated ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze applicability and appropriateness
Demonstrated ability to develop workflows and integrate technology into clinical or operational workflows
Proficient in office automation software (word processing, spreadsheets, visual presentation, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships

Preferred

Epic Specialty Clinical Applications certification or equivalent experience in the following: Optime, Cupid, Radiant, Phoenix, Lumens, Kaleidoscope
BS in Nursing or other clinical licensing
Experience and knowledge of device integration with clinical applications
Academic institution or large integrated health systems experience preferred
Epic Specialty Clinical Applications certification in one or more of the following: Optime, Phoenix, Kaleidoscope, Ambulatory, Inpatient ClinDoc
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Epic implementations and support as an Epic build analyst in one or more of the following: Optime, Phoenix, Kaleidoscope, Ambulatory, Inpatient ClinDoc
Experience creating solutions to meet regulatory compliance standards, such as HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, UNOS/OPTN
Knowledge and understanding of University policies and procedures
