Responsibilities
Greeting visitors at the control desk
Answering telephones
Scheduling add-on cases under the direction of the charge RN
Maintaining clerical supplies and forms
Completing duties required for the daily operation of the unit
Assisting the Charge Nurse and leadership with day-to-day duties and responsibilities as assigned
Participating in department performance improvement initiatives
Demonstrating advanced skills and knowledge in operations
Assisting charge RN in scheduling of urgent and emergent cases
Staff assignments
Coordination of all departmental operations
Qualification
Required
6 months' previous administrative/clerical experience preferred
High School Graduate / GED
