The Supervisor, Park Quality will oversee the grounds maintenance team, ensuring park presentation and safety while developing team members and coordinating cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities
Supervise and develop an assistant business unit supervisor and the grounds maintenance team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability
Execute common tasks for grounds maintenance including: general cleaning, pressure washing, hosing down, sweeping, blow-pack blowing, and miscellaneous grounds maintenance
Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, small engine use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals
Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times
Responsible for team member compliance and development
Coordinate park cleaning schedule with other departments to satisfy work requests and minimize disruption of operation
Assist with other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must have minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills
High School Diploma/GED
Valid drivers license
During the peak season, must have 5 days of unrestricted availability, to include the weekends
You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
grounds maintenance experience
Knowledge of pressure washing application
small engine use
