Responsibilities
Prepare Draft and prepare financial statements, including related footnotes and disclosures
Convert trial balances into complete financial statement packages
Support preparation of Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings (content drafting and financial statements)
Assist with disclosure support, roll-forwards, and supporting schedules
Collaborate with internal accounting, finance, and reporting leadership
Support audit and review processes, including responding to auditor questions
Ensure financial statements comply with U.S. GAAP and internal reporting standards
Assist with ad hoc financial reporting projects as needed
Qualification
Required
10–20 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
Strong experience drafting financial statements and footnotes
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
Hands-on experience working with trial balances and general ledger data
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA and/or MBA combined with relevant accounting experience will be considered in lieu of an accounting degree
Preferred
Experience supporting 10-K and 10-Q filings is preferred but does not need to be manager-level ownership
