Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations for the campus, including maintaining office supplies, break room supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Organize and streamline office procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
Coordination of team’s special supply needs/requests
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related needs and coordination
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive updates as requested
Assist with planning and execution of campus events, meetings, and special projects
Handles expense reporting and administrative tasks for the leadership team
Assist commercial teams with sales reporting, data entry, and contract tracking
Coordinate customer visits, prepare presentations, and support client-facing activities
Collaborate with marketing and project managers for client showcases and business reviews
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and support pipeline reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years with related experience in office management, executive support, or sales coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
